William David Rushing 
William David was born on October 21st, 1872 in Pike Co., AL.1 William David's father was Henry Oscar Rushing and his mother was Margaret R. Baely. His paternal grandparents were William Cain Rushing and Mary Ann Rushing. He had five brothers and five sisters, named Henry Oscar, Jr., Walter S., John McDonald, Joseph C. Seph Thomas, Samuel Randolph, Sallie Augustus, Mary Ester, Louella, Claudia Lee and Sugie. He was the oldest of the eleven children. He died at the age of 65 on March 21st, 1938 in Pike Co., AL.
