John Robert Rushing 
John Robert was born on June 27th, 1901 in Pike Co., AL.1 John Robert's father was Robert E. Lee Rushing and his mother was Alice Amelia Stroud. His paternal grandparents were John Eager Howard Rushing and Eliza Jane Jenerett; his maternal grandparents were David Stroud and Martha Low Davison. He had four brothers and two sisters, named James Leon, Ralph Roscoe, Jennings Bryan, Woodrow Wilson, Nell and Dorthy. He was the second oldest of the seven children. He died at the age of 83 in August 1984 in Seattle, WA.1 General Notes
