Jimmie L. Rushing 
Jimmie L. was born on December 12th, 1872 in LA.1 Jimmie L.'s father was Joseph T. Rushing and his mother was Mary Elizabeth Wells. His paternal grandparents were William Cain Rushing and Mary Ann Rushing. He had two brothers and seven sisters, named Willie, Clayton, Dora Ida, Hortense, Blanch, Bulah, Kahnie, Jewel and Lillie. He was the third oldest of the ten children. He died at the age of 34 on February 12th, 1907 in LA. He was buried in Keatchie Cemetery, Keatchie, DeSoto Parish, LA.1 1 -
