John PARKHURST 
John was born in 1512 in Guilford, Surrey, England.1 John's father was GEORGE PARKHURST and his mother was UNKNOWN MISS. He had three brothers and four sisters, named George, Nicholas, CHRISTOPHER, Agnes, Elizabeth, HELEN and Alice. He was the oldest of the eight children. He died at the age of 62 in 1574 in Norwich, Norfolkshire, England.1
