"G. M. Nixon of Deatsville, and Miss Mollie McEwen were united in
marriage at home of the bride’s parents, Mr. and Mrs. John K. McEwen, in
Rockford, Wednesday morning; Rev. A. V. Jones of the Rockford Methodist
Church, administering the ceremony. The couple left immediately for their
future home at Deatsville."(1)
