James Bryant Morgan 
James Bryant was born on May 5th, 1866 in Crenshaw Co., AL.1 James Bryant's father was Charles Harton Morgan and his mother was Frances Jane Spradley. His maternal grandparents were Warren Charles Spradley and Alcey D. Malone. He had six brothers and a sister, named John Wesley, Thomas Jefferson Ira, Manley Lemar, William Washington, Charles Frank, Joseph Eugene and Coro Frances. He was the second oldest of the eight children. He died at the age of 37 on October 4th, 1903 in Crenshaw Co., AL. MORGAN-Rev. Jas. B. Morgan died Oct.4, 1903. He was a consistent
Christian, a loving husband, and a kind father. He was married to Miss
Ella Crowell in Dec.23, 1886. Bro. Morgan joined the church in early
boyhood, and at death was a faithful deacon of the Pigeon Creek Baptist

MORGAN: Mr. Jim Morgan of Honoraville died at his home last Sunday
evening about 7 o'clock and was buried Monday afternoon. Deceased was a
brother of our town. Mr. Morgan had many friends and quaintness here.
Deceased was 37 years of age and leaves a wife and three children. He was
the oldest son of Mr. Charles Morgan, a highly respected citizen of this
