Her paternal grandparents were Charles Miller and Nancy (?); her maternal grandparents were UNKNOWN Gibson and Susannah (?). She had five brothers and a sister, named Andrew Jackson, William, John McBride, Jr., James Monroe, Charles and Mary Ann. She was the second oldest of the seven children. She died in ?.1 
‌Nancy and John Andrew were married in a religious ceremony about 1855 in Coosa Co., AL.1 They had two sons and six daughters, named John Henry, James Madison, Martha A. R., Mary Jane, Rhoda, Sarah Elizabeth, Susan Pricilla and Rachel.
