Samuel Logan 
Samuel was born about 1795 in TN.1 Samuel's father was James Ellis M. Logan and his mother was Mary (?). His paternal grandparents were David Logan and Hannah (?). He had three brothers and four sisters, named H. Alexander, John, Robert, Mary, Nancy, Jane and Sarah. He was the oldest of the eight children. He died about 1870 in Coosa Co., AL.1 General Notes
