Delma Vernon Kelley 
Delma Vernon was born on July 29th, 1915 in Holt, Santa Rosa County, Florida.1 Delma Vernon's father was Arthur Noah Kelley and his mother was Agnes Cutts. His paternal grandparents were John Shorter Kelley and Lucy Ann Gavin; his maternal grandparents were Thomas Jefferson Cutts and Nancy Holt. He had four brothers and four sisters, named Carey Elmo, Olin Aubrey, Arthur Desmond, John Fentress, Ethel Agnes, Thelma Alene, Velma W. and Bessie Eunice. He was the fifth oldest of the nine children. He died at the age of 1 on April 28th, 1917. He was buried in Old Holt Cemetery, Holt, Okaloosa County, Florida.1 1 -
