Everett Eli was born about 1850 in Pike Co., AL.1 Everett Eli's father was William Hinson and his mother was Martha Ann Pugh. His maternal grandparents were Mastin B. Pugh and Rebecca Wiggins. He had a brother and three sisters, named Mastin Asbury, Rita Ann Elizabeth, Caroline and Nancy Jane. He was the youngest of the five children. He died on March 3rd, 1925 in Wood Co., TX.
