Sarah Marshall Grumbles 
Sarah Marshall was born on February 11th, 1812 in Edgefield County, South Carolina.1 Sarah Marshall's father was Benjamin Franklin Grumbles and her mother was Keziah Pierce. She was an only child. She died at the age of 37 on August 19th, 1849 in Palmyra, Union County, Arkansas.1 
Sarah Marshall and John Mason were married in a religious ceremony on January 10th, 1828 in Dallas County, Alabama.2 They had two sons and three daughters, named James, William Mason, Nancy, France Elizabeth and Infant.
