Lillian Leona Grimes 
Lillian Leona was born on August 29th, 1916.1 Lillian Leona's father was James Robert Grimes and her mother was Minnie Florence Watkins. Her paternal grandparents were James Shorter Grimes and Malissa Tillis; her maternal grandparents were Thomas Watkins and Mary Finlayson. She had four brothers and four sisters, named James Duell, Oris Thomas, Eugene Wilson, Ferrin Hugh, Malissa Florence, Mary Myrtle, Blanche Gertrude and Eva Wilson. She was the fourth youngest of the nine children.-
