William Louis Gothard 
William Louis was born on July 27th, 1884 in St. Clair Co., AL.1 William Louis' father was Steven Barner Gothard and his mother was Emaline Wells. His paternal grandparents were Travis Glenn Gothard and Aletha Williams. He had a brother and three sisters, named John Henry, Perlina Delitha, Olivia and Emma Florence. He was the second youngest of the five children. He died at the age of 81 on March 28th, 1966 in IN. He was buried in Mount Hope Cemetery, Peru, Indiana.1 1 General Notes
