Sophronia "Sophia" Garrett 
Sophronia "Sophia" was born on January 18th, 1810 in Edgefield County, South Carolina.1 Sophronia "Sophia"'s father was Robert* Jackson, Sr. Garrett and her mother was Mary* Ann Clackler. Her paternal grandparents were John* Garrett and Frances* "Fanny" Callihan; her maternal grandparents were John* Clackler and Mary* Fudge. She had seven brothers and four sisters, named William Walter, John Mason, Thomas B, Sr, Overstreet Wiley, Robert* Jackson, Jr., James C., Joshua English, Elizabeth Ann, Francis Ann, Sarah Annie and Julia Ann. She was the fourth oldest of the twelve children. She died at the age of 82 on August 28th, 1892 in Florida. She was buried in Greenwood Cemetery, Florala, Alabama.1 1 -
