Marion Garrett

Marion was born in 1836.¹ Marion's father was Loderick Garrett and her mother was Mary L. Pryor. Her paternal grandparents were Joshua Bernard Garrett and Mary Jane Taylor; her maternal grandparents were William Pryor and Elizabeth Taylor. She had five brothers and five sisters, named Calvin M., William, Jackson, Creed, Juda, Polly, Sarah, Sarah, Louvina and Martha. She was the fourth oldest of the eleven children.
