Lewis Garrett 
Lewis was born in 1739 in Williamstown, Pennsylvania.1 Lewis' father was William Garrett and his mother was Lydia Lewis. His paternal grandparents were Thomas Garrett and Rachael Vernon. He was an only child. He died at the age of 40 in 1779.1
