Jposeph Alexander Garrett 
Jposeph Alexander was born in 1873.1 Jposeph Alexander's father was Elijah Garrett and his mother was Celia Jane Clark. His paternal grandparents were Isaac D. Garrett and Harriet Moody. He had three brothers and two sisters, named John Henderson, Isaac Levi, Benjamin Timothy, Tennessee and Ellen Fanny. He was the third oldest of the six children.-
