Frances Garrett

Frances was born about 1788.¹ Frances' father was Jesse, Sr. Garrett and her mother was Elizabeth Henderson. Her paternal grandparents were Edward II Garrett and Ann West Ousley. She had six brothers and three sisters, named Stephen, John, Thomas H., Edward H., William James, Jesse, Jr., Nancy, Mary W. and Elizabeth Betsy. She was the second oldest of the ten children.
