Cederal Garrett

Cederal was born in 1919.¹ Cederal's father was Charlie Wyett Garrett and her mother was Maggie Lora Permenter. Her paternal grandparents were Thomas Jefferson Garrett and Lyle Taylor. She had a brother and two sisters, named Thomas J., Audrey and Gerolta. She was the second youngest of the four children.
