SAMUEL (Senator) was born in Malden, Middlesex Co., Massachusetts.1   SAMUEL (Senator)'s father was THOMAS (Senator) GREEN and his mother was ELIZABETH LYNDE-SWINDELLS.  His paternal grandparents were JOHN (Surgeon) GREEN and ANN SCARGELL; his maternal grandparents were THOMAS (Deacon) LYNDE and UNKNOWN ELIZABETH. He had five brothers and six sisters, named THOMAS, John, William, Henry (Senator), James, Elizabeth, Mary, Elizabeth II, Martha, Dorcas and HANNAH.  He died on October 31st, 1724 in Malden, Middlesex Co., Massachusetts.1
