Emma Elliott 
Emma was born on December 15th, 1871 in Hookers Ridge Community, Hunt County, Texas.1 Emma's father was Simon Peter Elliott and her mother was Mary Elisa Castleberry. Her maternal grandparents were Andrew Jackson Castleberry and Mary Ann Williams. She had two brothers and five sisters, named Bernard Scott, Robbie Lee, Sue Eula, Ella, Eva Blanche, Bettie Cain and Velma Howard. She was the third oldest of the eight children. She died at the age of 83 on July 21st, 1955 in Grand Saline, Texas. She was buried in Donelton Cemetery, Hunt County, Texas.1 1 -
