Louis Scherr, Jr. was born on September 12th, 1916.1 Louis Scherr, Jr.'s father was Louis Scherr Douglas and his mother was Neva Pearl James. His paternal grandparents were Charles Bryant Douglas and Ann Walter Victoria Ivy. He had a sister named Mary Ivy. He was the older of the two children. He died at the age of 2 on June 14th, 1919.1 -
