Foy Lena was born on February 11th, 1906 in Curtis, Coffee County, Alabama.1 Foy Lena's father was Marion Ellis Donaldson and her mother was Lizzie Belle Grimes. Her maternal grandparents were Joshua English Grimes and Charity Adeline Foley. She had a brother and a sister, named Henry Ellis and Cleone Bessie. She was the second oldest of the three children. She died at the age of 23 on December 16th, 1929 in Opp, Covington County, Alabama. She was buried in Opp Cemetery, Opp, Covington County, Alabama.1 1 -
