Ron~ I show Algernon "Algie" Walter Bascomb Dendy to be born 1862 at
Petrey, Al, died Nov 15, 1941 at Petrey. I have a little info on his
funeral service. I didn't know the names of the two children you listed,
but have names of the other seven children of Algernon Dendy and "Fannie"
Spradley Dendy. My info comes from notes typed in 1953, and the author
admitted he may not be absolutely correct with his findings. My
grandmother (Daisy Octavia Dendy Brown) lived with Algie and Fannie from
a young age until her marriage. Due to the generosity of other Dendy
cousins I've met while searching this family, I have pictures of William
Marvin Dendy, Kirby Alonzo Dendy, Kirby Alonzo Dendy and wife, Emillier
Susan "Susanna" "Suzie" Harris, and a couple of their children. You can
email me directly if you want any more info. I would really like to know
what info you have on the Dendy family, and if you are related. ~cathy

Algernon Walter Bascom and Frances Malinda were married in a religious ceremony on December 20th, 1885 in Pike Co., AL.1 They had two daughters named Aubra Falcon and Algernon Winfree.
