Her paternal grandparents were John V. Davis and Julia Parker Knight; her maternal grandparents were Benjamin Franklin Castellaw and Mary Louisa Jordan. She had three brothers and six sisters, named John Victor, Felix Monroe, Sidney, Eliza Victoria, Mary Lou, Julia Parker, Lucy Carrie, Margaret Amanda and Edna. She was the second oldest of the ten children. She died about 1860 in Lowndes Co., AL.1 -
