Lee was born on January 5th, 1903 in AL.1 Lee's father was John Austin Culver and his mother was Cicley Logan. His paternal grandparents were Perry Dudley Culver and Mary Martha Green; his maternal grandparents were Bloomfield Logan and Milley Hutto. He had three brothers and two sisters, named Dudley B., Julius, Ernest C., Hettie Belle and Effie. He died at the age of 39 on November 18th, 1942 in AL.
