Eli W. Cooper

Eli W. was born on August 31st, 1825 in Montgomery Co., AL.¹   He died at the age of 74 on February 18th, 1900 in Altoona, Lake Co., FL.  He was buried in Pontciana Paisel, Lake Co, FL.^1 1
