Penelope Ritta was born on February 27th, 1844 in NC.1 Penelope Ritta's father was William Larry Castellaw and her mother was Sally Castellaw. Her paternal grandparents were James C. Castellaw and Elizabeth Cobb; her maternal grandparents were William Castellaw and Sarah Mitchell. She had five brothers and six sisters, named William Larry, Larry, Starkey, James Turner, John Downing, Elizabeth, Drucilla, Sally Frances, Martha Ann, Cealy and Adaline. She was the youngest of the twelve children. She died at the age of 76 in 1920 in ?.1 -
