Elizabeth Almeda was born on July 17th, 1845 in Henry Co., GA.1 Elizabeth Almeda's father was John Brown and her mother was Arilla G. Castellaw. She was an only child. She died at the age of 77 on February 11th, 1923 in Fortran, Victoria Co., TX. Elizabeth Almeda and Andrew Jackson were married in a religious ceremony on August 1st, 1860 in Lavaca Co., TX.1 They had three sons and six daughters, named George Lee, Henry Thomas, William O. Henry, Henrietta, Abigail, Cassandra, Emma Jane, Louisa Elizabeth and Mary Louise.
