Charles Barrett 
Charles was born on January 6th, 1853 in Pontypool, Monmouthshire, England.1 Charles' father was WILLIAM BARRETT and his mother was Phoebe Colbourne. His paternal grandparents were JOHN BARRETT and SUSANNAH MATHEWS. He had five brothers and five sisters, named George, James, Edwin, Samuel, John, Ann (Emily), Matilda, Sarah, Martha and Mary. He was the fifth youngest of the eleven children. He had three half-brothers and three half-sisters, named William, John, Thomas, Sarah Ann, ELIZA ANN and Emma. He died at 10 months old in November 1853 in Pontypool, Monmouthshire, England.1 -
