Richard BENJAMIN 
Richard was born in 1602 in Heathfield, Cambridge, Sussex, England.1 Richard's father was JOHN BENJAMIN and his mother was JOANE HOOKES. His maternal grandfather was GYLES HOOKES. He had three brothers and two sisters, named JOHN, Thomas, Giles, Susan and Joane. He was the youngest of the six children. He died at the age of 79 in 1681 in Southold, Long Island, New York.1
