Norris Carter

Norris was born on November 8th, 1748 in Rye Cove, Scott Co., VA. Norris' father was Peter Carter and his mother was Judith Norris. He had a brother named Joseph. He was the younger of the two children. He died at the age of 67 in July 1816 in Rye Cove, Scott Co., VA.
