Joseph Carter

Joseph was born on September 4th, 1736 in Prince William Co., VA. Joseph's father was Peter Carter and his mother was Judith Norris. He had a brother named Norris. He was the older of the two children. He died at the age of 71 on August 16th, 1808 in Scott Co., VA.
