John Floyd Vance 
John Floyd was born in 1852.1 John Floyd's father was Richard , Jr Vance and his mother was Matilda Browning. His paternal grandparents were Richard Vance and Mary Ann Sims; his maternal grandmother was Tabitha (Tabby) Vance. He had five brothers and four sisters, named Lewis A., Francis B., Darby Kelly, William Riley, Martin W., Tabitha, Elizabeth, Mary Ann and Susannah. He died at the age of 73 in 1925.1 -
