Darby Kelly was born in 1848.1 Darby Kelly's father was Richard , Jr Vance and his mother was Matilda Browning. His paternal grandparents were Richard Vance and Mary Ann Sims; his maternal grandmother was Tabitha (Tabby) Vance. He had five brothers and four sisters, named Lewis A., Francis B., William Riley, John Floyd, Martin W., Tabitha, Elizabeth, Mary Ann and Susannah. He died about 1926.1 -
