John (Jehu) Griffith 
John (Jehu) was born on June 3rd, 1833 in Patrick County,Virginia. John (Jehu)'s father was Isaac Griffith and his mother was Ruth Hale. His paternal grandparents were Owen Griffith and Jean Gillespie/ Jeannie ; his maternal grandparents were Thomas Hale and Nancy Wood. He was an only child. He died at the age of 77 in 1910 in Russell Co.,Virginia.-
