Robert (Fitzrichard) was born in 1064 in Tunbridge, Kent, England. Robert (Fitzrichard)'s father was Richard "de Tonbridge" "de Clare" FitzGilbert and his mother was Rohese ROHESE Giffard. His paternal grandparents were Gilbert "Crispin" d'Eu , Count de Brionne and Gunnora d'Aunou; his maternal grandparents were Walter "The Elder" Giffard , Lord and Agnes Ermentrude Fleitel. He had four brothers and four sisters, named Roger, Walter, Richard, Gilbert FitzRichard, Rohese Fitzrichard, Unknown, Ronais Fitz and Adeliza. He was the third youngest of the nine children. He died at the age of 72 in 1136 in England.-
