Laura de was born about 1245 in Oxford, Oxfordshire, England. Laura de's father was Hugh de Vere , 4th Earl of Oxford and her mother was Hawise de Quincy. Her paternal grandparents were Robert de Vere , 3rd Earl of Oxford, MCS and Isabel de Bolbec; her maternal grandparents were Saier IV de Quincy , 1st Earl of Winchester and Margaret de Beaumont. She had a brother and a sister, named Robert de and Isabel de. She was the youngest of the three children. She died in 1292.General Notes

The text given here, like that in the other 'Argentein evidences', is obviously a very bare abstract of the essential information.
The wording can be compared with a settlement made by the same Robert de Ver on the marriage of his daughter in 1284:
'Sciant ... q'd ego Robertus de Ver Comes Oxonie dedi concessi et hac p'senti carta mea confirmaui Will'o de Warenn' ... et Joh'e filie mee p'i'mogenite totu' Man'iu' meu' de Medmenh'a'm ... in Comitatu Bokingh'a'mie ...
