David I "the was born about 1075.  David I "the's father was King Malcolm III Canmore and his mother was Saint Margaret of England.  His paternal grandparents were King Duncan "The Gracious" ap Crinan de Mormaer I of Scotland and Queen Sybil (Aelflaed) FitzSiward of Scotland; his maternal grandparents were Edward the Atheling "the Exile" and Agatha. He had a sister named Matilda "Atheling" Princess Of. He had five half-brothers and three half-sisters, named Edward Prince of, Edmund Prince of, Ethelred of, Alexander I, David I "The Saint" King, Matilda (orig. Eadgyth) Princess, Princess of Scotland and Mary.  He died on May 24th, 1153 in Carlisle, SCOT.
