Roger de was born in 1174 in Winchester, Hamptonshire, England.  Roger de's father was Saier IV de Quincy , 1st Earl of Winchester and his mother was Margaret de Beaumont.  His paternal grandparents were Robert de Quincy , Lord of Buckley and Orabella Countess of Leuchars; his maternal grandparents were Robert III de Beaumont , 3rd Earl of Leicester and Petronella de Grandmesnil. He had a brother and three sisters, named Robert de, Loretta de, Hawise de and Orabella de.  He was the second oldest of the five children. He had a half-brother named Robert de.  He died at the age of 90 on April 25th, 1264 in Buckley, Northamptonshire, England.

‌Roger de and Eleanor de were married in a religious ceremony after 1245 in 2nd husband 2nd wife.


Roger de's second family with Helen of Galloway

‌Roger de and Helen of were married in a religious ceremony in 1st wife.  They had three daughters named Margaret de, Elizabeth de and Ellen (Helen) (Elena) de.
