Ralph De Neville II Baron's father was Randolph De Neville I Baron Neville and his mother was Euphemia De Clavering. His paternal grandparents were Robert De Neville and Mary FitzRandolph; his maternal grandparents were Robert FitzRoger Lord of Warkworth and Robert FitzRoger Lord Clavering and Margery Margarey La Zouche.
