Margaret De was born in 1045 in Montdidier, Somme, France.  Margaret De's father was Hildouin IV Count Of Montdidier [Count Of Roucy] and her mother was Alice (Adela) De Roucy. She had two brothers and five sisters, named Ebles II Comte De, Andre De, Adela De, Adelheid De, Beatrice De, Felice Of and Ada De.  She was the second oldest of the eight children.  She died at the age of 65 in 1110 in Clermont, Beauvais, Oise, France.
