King Rhodi "The Great" Of Wales MAWR

Rhodi "The Great" Of Wales was born in 0810 and his baptism took place in 0844.  Rhodi "The Great" Of Wales' father was King Merfyn Frych "The Freckled" Of Gwynedd AP GWRAID and his mother was Heiress Nest Of Powys VERCH CADELL.  His paternal grandparents were Gwriad AP ELIDIR and Queen Esyllt Of Gwynedd VERCH CYNAN; his maternal grandfather was King Cadell Of Powys AP BROCHWEL. He had a sister named Eleanor Of Powys.  He was the older of the two children.  He died at the age of 68 in 0878 in Angelesey In Battle with the Saxons.

He had two biological sons named Awarawd Of Gwynedd and Cadell Of South Wales.
