William I the Conqueror was born on October 14th, 1024 in Falaise, Normandy, France.  William I the Conqueror's father was Robert I,"The Devil"  Duke Of Normandy and his mother was Harlette Arlotta De Falaise.  His paternal grandparents were Richard II, "The Good"  Duke Of Normandy and Judith Of Brittany , Duchess Of Normandy. He had a brother and a sister, named Royal Highness William I, "The Conqueror" King Of England and Adelaide.  He was the second oldest of the three children. He had a half-brother and a half-sister, named Robert and Emma.  He died at the age of 62 on September 9th, 1087 in Hermentrube (near Rouen), France.


William I the Conqueror's family with Matilda (Maud) de Flanders

‌William I the Conqueror and Matilda (Maud) were married in a religious ceremony in 1053 in Eu, France.  They had two sons and three daughters, named Henry I, William II Rufus Normandy, Adela (Alice), Gundrada and Sibylla.
