Charles II Caroling was born on June 13th, 0823 in Frankfurt, Hessen-Nassau, Prussia.  Charles II Caroling's father was Louis I HOLY ROMAN EMPIRE and his mother was Judith BAVARIA.  His paternal grandparents were Charlemagne HOLY ROMAN EMPIRE and Hildegarde HOLY ROMAN EMPIRE; his maternal grandparents were Guelph I ALTDORF and Hedwig Eigilwich Von SAXONY. He had a sister named Gisela.  He was the younger of the two children. He had four half-brothers and four half-sisters, and also a half-sibling of unknown gender, named Lothaire I, Louis Ii, Pepin I, Arnulf Of, Rotrud, Hildegarde, Adelaide De, Gisle and Alpaid.  He died at the age of 54 on October 6th, 0877 in Brios, France.  He was buried in St Denis, Paris, Seine, France.

‌Charles II Caroling and Ermentrude or Irmtrud were married in a religious ceremony on December 14th, 0842 in Crecy, France.  They had six sons and six daughters, named Louis Ii, Lothar, Charles, Carloman, Drogo, Pippin, Judith Caroling, Rotrude, Ermentrud, Hildegarde, Gisele and Hersent Of.

‌Charles II Caroling and Richildis were married in a religious ceremony on January 22nd, 0869 in Aachen, Rhineland, Prussia.  They had a son and a daughter, named Charles and Rothilde De.
