Isabel De Braose

Isabel was born in 1228. Isabel's father was William De Braose IV Earl of Abergavenny and her mother was Eve Marshall. Her paternal grandparents were Reginald De Braose and Gladys The Dark of Wales; her maternal grandparents were William Marshall Earl of Pembroke and Elizabeth De Clare Countess of Strigoil. She had four sisters named Eve, Eleanor, Ela and Maud. She was the second youngest of the five children.
