Ralph "The Staller" "The Timid" Of Hereford and Suffolk was born in 1003 in Normandy.  Ralph "The Staller" "The Timid" Of Hereford and Suffolk's father was Count/Count Drogo OF AMIENS, MANTES, VEXIN Walter and his mother was Princess Goda OF ENGLAND.  His paternal grandparents were The White Count Gautier II OF VEXIN and Adele DE SENLIS; his maternal grandparents were King Aethelred II "The Unready" Of England and Queen Emma "Beauclerc" OF ENGLAND.  He was an only child.  He died at the age of 66 in 1069 in England.  He was buried in Peterborough Abbey.
