Agnes Comyn 
Agnes was born about 1260 in Buchan, Aberdeenshire, Scotland. Agnes' father was Alexander Comyn , 2nd Earl of Buchan and her mother was Elizabeth de Quincy. Her paternal grandparents were William Comyn , 1st Earl of Buchan and Margaret Heiress of Buchan; her maternal grandparents were Roger de Quincy , 2nd Earl of Winchester and Helen of Galloway. She had a brother and four sisters, named Alexander, Annora de, Elizabeth, Elena and Marjory. She was the youngest of the six children. She died after November 1310.General Notes
He [Malise of Strathearn] married, in or before 1275, Agnes, said to be 2nd daughter of Alexander (COMYN), 6th EARL OF BUCHAN [SCT], by Elizabeth (or Isabel), 2nd daughter and coheir of Roger (DE QUINCY), EARL OF WINCHESTER. He died, it is stated, in 1312 (i.e. before 25 March 1312/3) and was buried in Inchaffray Abbey. Agnes was living in November 1310 and probably surv. him.
