It is interesting that several internet sources give 1 Aug 1359 in Brittany, France as the death date/place of John Avenel. This appears to be the same death date/place which The Magna Charta Sureties gave (in error I believe) to Margery's 1st husband William de Ros. William de Ros died in 1343 according to Ancestral Roots and Burke's Peerage.
John and Margery de were married in a religious ceremony after 1352 in 3rd husband 2nd wife.
