Teutberga de was born about 0881 in Arles, Provence, France.  Teutberga de's father was Theobald I Count of Arles and her mother was Bertha Princess of Lorraine. She had two brothers named Hugues d'Arles King of and Boso I Margrave of.  She was the second oldest of the three children. She had a half-brother and a half-sister, named Lambert of Spoleto Margrave of and Ermengarde of.  She died before September 30th, 0948.
